We want you to love your Jessica Simpson purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After completing the online form, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
